Training Program For Hospitality Service Providers from Kitui: - 14th to 24th April 2025
Tourism Fund continuously support of various programs aimed at enhancing sustainability and development of the Tourism Sector. The Fund is guided by among others, the Tourism Act 2011, Vision 2030, National Tourism Strategy and its current strategic plan.
Tourism Fund, through the Capacity Building Department, has announced a training program in Kitui County aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities for uncertified workers within the tourism industry. This initiative addresses the need to bridge the skills gap in the hotel industry by offering capacity-building opportunities for workers who have never had any formal training.
Training for industry leaders, covering business sustainability, contemporary trends, human resources, financial management, and statutory responsibilities is scheduled to take place on 23rd April 2025 and 24th April 2025. This training targets the managers directors’ and owners. The venue for the training will be advised in due course.Tourism Fund is inviting all tourism and hospitality sector stakeholders to partake in this transformative initiative. No late or paper entries are accepted, Upon submitting a complete entry, you will receive a confirmation screen. Participation & registration in the Upskilling Program is free of charge. The Managers and Directors are also invited to register for a Hospitality Business Management Training.
